29 CFR 1910.179(j)(2)(iv):Monthly inspections of hoist chains, with a certification record which includes the date of inspection, the signature of the person who performed the inspection and an identifier of the chain which was inspected, were not performed. On or about August 01, 2022, the employer did not ensure that monthly hoist chain inspections were conducted on the 5-ton crane in the welding department.
