29 CFR 1910.107(g)(3): Approved metal waste cans were not provided where rags or waste were impregnated with finishing material were deposited and the contents of those waste cans were not properly disposed of at least once daily or at the end of each shift: Main Phillips Global building, southwest, spraying area: On or about 20 July 2022 and 29 September 2022, employees did not store combustible waste material and residues in a covered metal receptacle and did not disposed of daily. Paint waste materials, nitrile gloves used for painting and paint saturated painting tape were located inside an uncovered metal drum that was also used for general trash.
