29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: a) 56 East Parker Street, Scranton, PA - On the side of the home, employees were using the 16-foot extension ladder without having the proper 1 to four ratio for rise to run on or about July 20, 2022.
