29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) Jobsite, D-Pile Area, 11 Lloyd Avenue, Latrobe, PA 15650: Observed on or about July 18, 2022, an electrical (480 volt, 3 phase) panel identified as 'Control Cabinet #6' was left open and plastic was draped over a portion of equipment on the inside (upper left side) of the cabinet. The cabinet housed 480 volt/ 3 phase conductors. Employees working in the area of the cabinet were exposed to electrical shock hazards and fire hazards.
