29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a) Thoutt Bros. Concrete Contractors Inc. at 5460 Tennyson St. in Denver, CO: On or about July 18, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards when the employer required employees who were engaged in welding on mild and galvanized steel in the fabrication shop to wear respirators but did not provide fit testing.
