29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood by employees and that the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage, and removal of the energy controls are acquired by employees: a)800 Van Reed Rd Wyomissing Pennsylvania - The employer did not ensure that employees had the understanding, knowledge and skills to performing task cover by the energy control program, on or about July 13, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
