29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i): Footings were not level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement: La Marquesa Apartments: On or about July 7, 2022, and at times prior thereto, workers were exposed to a fall hazard over 10 feet to the ground below while working from a scaffold that had footings that were not supported by nails.
