29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1):The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): a) Thorpe's Body Shop, 546 N. Jackson St, Papillion, NE 68046 On or about July 6, 2022, the employer did not provide a fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. The employer required employees to wear 3M 5200 tight-fitting respirators while performing auto body surface prepping tasks that include but not limited to sanding and painting.
