29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: At a commercial worksite located at 5700 NW 39th, Riverside MO -- extension cords were used as fixed wiring for production. This exposed employees to hazards of tripping and electrical shocks and/or burns. This was documented on or about 07/05/2022.
