29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs seven feet or less from the floor level were not guarded with a guard that extended to at least fifteen inches above the belt: a) Job Site - Employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while operating a Dixie Chopper XCaliber 3674D zero-turn lawnmower without a guard covering the horizontal belt that drives the fan, on or about May 12, 2022. b) Job Site - Employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while operating a Dixie Chopper Magnum 2250R zero-turn lawn mower without a guard covering the horizontal belt that drives the deck spindles, on or about May 12, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
