29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i): Vertical and inclined belts shall be enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. (a) During May 2022, at an establishment located at N1344 County Road W, in Fremont, Wisconsin; Bin 41 had a damaged guard on the belt assembly for the bottom outfeed auger exposing employees to caught in hazards. (b) During the middle of May 2022, at an establishment located at N1344 County Road W, in Fremont, Wisconsin; Bin 21 had a damaged guard on the belt assembly on the temporarily installed inclined conveyor for the outfeed auger exposing employees to caught in hazards.
