29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Entry Tower: On or about April 23, 2022 and times prior, the employer did not ensure employees utilized a procedure for controlling hazardous energy during tower cleaning/strip break repairs. (b) Ovens: On or about April 29, 2022 and times prior, the employer did not ensure employees utilized a procedure from controlling hazardous energy prior to entering the ovens for strip break repairs.
