29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) On or about 05/17/2022, the employer failed to ensure that medical evaluation to determine the ability to safely wear a respirator, were provided to employees who were allowed to wear N-95 (Particulate Respirator 8212) and tight-fitting half-face piece type respirator with 3M 60923 cartridge. This condition exposed employees to physiological and respiratory hazards.
