29 CFR 1910.269(d)(2)(viii)(A): Retraining was not provided for all authorized and affected employees whenever there was a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment, or processes that present a new hazard or whenever there is a change in the energy control procedures. (a) Manchester Street Station - Generator #10: On or about 4/21/2022, the employer did not retrain, notify or brief employees that a change in energy control procedures had occurred while they were servicing power generation equipment.
