29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure that the exposure assessment was conducted in time to comply with requirements which are triggered by the exposure data or the lack of a negative exposure assessment: At a worksite located at 1956 NE Parvin Rd, Kansas City, MO 64116: The employer is failing to protect employees from the health hazards associated with asbestos. This was demonstrated on or about April 21, 2022, and at times prior to when the employer did not perform an exposure assessment to determine the levels of airborne asbestos during operations of removal and clean-up of Class II asbestos-containing materials.
