29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(i):When a powered industrial truck is left unattended, load engaging means were not fully lowered, controls were not neutralized, power was not shut off, and brakes set. a) Rumpke Waste & Recycling Services located at 431 Prospect Dr. Findlay OH 45840: On or about April 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure a powered industrial truck used to lift a McNeilus front load refuse truck's hydraulic lifting arm during repair activities remained attended by an operator. In this condition employees in the area were exposed to struck by, caught in, and crushing hazards from the unattended powered industrial truck, and suspended load.
