29 CFR 1910.178(m)(8): There shall be sufficient headroom under overhead installations, lights, pipes, sprinkler system, etc: Location: Warehouse On or about March 28, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that there was sufficient headroom under glass fluorescent lighting while using the Yale lift truck, Model GLC050VXNVRE083, Serial No. A310V17621J to stack and unstack pallets of material. Employees were exposed to be struck by broken glass.
