29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. a) Building Four, South Wall: On or about March 15, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to crush-by and struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not instruct employees in the recognition and avoidance of hazards associated with the removal of exterior metal stair structures.
