29 CFR 1910.334(a)(3)(i): A flexible cord used with grounding type equipment did not contain an equipment grounding conductor: a) Compounding area: On March 18, 2022 and times prior employees were exposed to a flash fire hazard when using a Waring Immersion Blender to smooth Cab-O-Sil (untreated fumed silica) into a batch. All metal parts of the mixing equipment were not properly earthed and/or grounded. Note) Corrected during inspection.
