29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about March 15, 2022 a supported scaffold was erected without mud sills or baseplates, exposing employees to the hazards associated with a scaffold collapse. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
