29 CFR 1910.212(b):Anchoring fixed machinery. Machines designed for a fixed location shall be securely anchored to prevent walking or moving. On or before 2/7/2022 the employer did not ensure the machine located on the workshop floor were secured to prevent movement, there fore exposing employees to a struck by hazards with machines such as; a) On or about 1/17/22 the employer did not ensure that the Havir Press #2 (model # SE 3963) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement , exposing employees to a struck by hazard. b) On or about 1/24/22 the employer did not ensure that the Baldor tool sharpener (cat # 500 was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard.) c) On or about 2/3/22 the employer did not ensure that the Bridgeport precision cutter (model # 61155) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. d) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the Reid precision cutter (956 Cat #08434) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. e) On or about 2/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the Reid metal cutter (model # 1616) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. f) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the Jet metal & wood bandsaw (model # BBST18MW) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. g) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the Teledyne Pines deburring drill press (model #660) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. h) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the Alpha Allen full rev. power press (model # BT12) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. i) On or about 1/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the Multipress part rev. power press (Kendall Co KE001479) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. j) On or about 12/7/21 the employer did not ensure that the Morse Metal Devil 14" metal cutting saw (model CSM14M6) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. k) On or about 1/24/22 the employer did not ensure that the Postorius Aluminum cutter (model # SC-IRP-RH) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. l) On or about 1/24/22 the employer did not ensure that the ID # 20 Havir part rev. power press (Model Press Rite #2) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. m) On or about 2/3/22 the employer did not ensure that the Chicago Rivet Press Brake (model # 99BT) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. n) On or about 2/3/22 the employer did not ensure that the Wesco Knitting machine #5 no model number was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. o) On or about 2/3/22 the employer did not ensure that the Wesco Knitting machine #6 no model number was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. p) On or about 1/17/22 the employer did not ensure that the Wesco Knitting machine #13 no model number was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. q) On or about 2/1/22 the employer did not ensure that the Wesco Knitting machine #14 no model number was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. r) On or about 12/7/21 the employer did not ensure that the Wesco Knitting machine #10 no model number was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. s) On or about 2/3/22 the employer did not ensure that the Wesco Knitting machine #1 no model number was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. t) On or about 2/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the Lamb #23 Knitting machine (model # R56 Special)was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. u) On or about 1/24/22 the employer did not ensure that the Jet 15" Floor drill press (model # J-2500) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. v) On or about 1/28/22 the employer did not ensure that the Powermatic #26 drill press (model # 1200) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. w) On or about 1/17/22 the employer did not ensure that the Powermatic #27 drill press (model # 1200) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. x) On or about 1/24/22 the employer did not ensure that the Jet 15" floor drill press (model # J-2500) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard. y) On or about 2/7/22 the employer did not ensure that the Delta 16.5" drill press (model #17-900) was properly anchored in place to prevent movement, exposing employees to a struck by hazard.
