29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1):The employer shall be responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: Production area: On or about January 6, 2022, and times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire hazards, in that the portable fire extinguishers had not been inspected in to ensure safe operability.
