29 CFR 1910.219(b)(1):Flywheels. Flywheels located so that any part is seven (7) feet or less above floor or platform shall be guarded in accordance with the requirements of this subparagraph: a) On or before 12/1/2022 the employer did not ensure that the flywheel located on the Perkins 9-H 125 ton was properly guarded, in that the bottom portion of the flywheel located less than 7' from ground was not guarded this exposed employees to a potential caught-in hazards while operating the press.
