29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicated that the employee had not retained the requisite understanding or skill. The employer is failing to identify inadequacies of employee's knowledge to ensure they retained the requisite understanding or skill while working with a safety monitoring system. The condition was most recently observed on or about 11/08/2021 at a commercial building located at 801 Assembly Parkway in Fenton, MO. Geissler Roofing Company, Inc. had not identified employees who did not understand fall protection requirements, specifically, the roles of each employee while utilizing a safety monitoring system.
