29 CFR 1910.1000(e): Feasible administrative or engineering controls were not determined and implemented to achieve compliance with the limits prescribed in 29 CFR 1910.1000(a) through (d). a.) On or about February 8, 2022, an employee working primarily on Press 600T-3, was exposed to 0.49mg/m3 of copper fume over a sampling period of 455 minutes, approximately 4.9 times the limit of 0.1mg/m3. Exposure calculations included a zero increment for the time not sampled. b.) On or about February 8, 2022, an employee working primarily on Press 80T-1, was exposed to 0.50mg/m3 of copper fume over a sampling period of 428 minutes, approximately 5 times the limit of 0.1mg/m3.
