29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: (a) FACILITY WIDE - Employee(s) performed repair and maintenance on equipment in the facility, and the employer had not provided training to the employee(s) to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees, on or about October 8, 2021. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
