29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. (a) At the construction site on Edgewater Drive in Midway, GA - On September 13, 2021, the employer exposed employees to corrosive and hazardous chemicals in that Safety Data Sheets (SDS) were not provided to employees using hazardous chemicals.
