29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) Maintenance Shop, A & S Sanitation Inc., 673 Jerusalem Road, Scotch Plains, NJ 07076; On or about 9/09/2021 and thereafter, copies of safety data sheets were not maintained in the workplace as a means of communicating hazard(s) of chemicals used be employee(s) for vehicle maintenance such as brake cleaner aerosol sprays and oxy-acetylene torch gas cylinders with flammable properties, as well as automotive lubricants & hydraulic fluids with simple skin/eye irritant properties.
