29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift: a) 200 Crownshield Ave., Uxbridge, MA: On or about August 30, 2021, an employee was working from a mobile scaffold that had not been inspected for physical defects before it was put into use at this job site. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
