29 CFR 1926.761(b):Fall hazard training. The employer did not train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer did not institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program: a) North side roof of press forge, 4 bay, center track door - On or about July 11, 2021, employees installing steel decking on the roof were exposed to a fall hazard over 40 feet but had not been trained in recognition of fall hazards or use, application, installation, or evaluation of necessary fall protection to minimize fall hazards.
