29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: On or about June 23, 2021, at the location of 5535 Wegman Rd., Valley City, OH 44280, on line 12, near the die cut operations, employees were not trained on the specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to flammable hazards while performing plasma cutting, hot work operations near an integrated Carco, flammable paint system.
