29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii):The safety monitor wan not on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored. On or about May 28, 2021, on the southeast side of the site, employees were observed on a roof without proper fall protection at heights upwards of fifteen (15) feet, and the "safety monitor" not within visual range of exposed employees.
