29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): Protective eye and face equipment was not required where there was a reasonable probability of injury that could be prevented by such equipment: Secondary Operation, Tumble Pad: On, or about, April 20, 2021, employees who prepared corrosive cleaning solutions and who operated tumblers were not provided with adequate eye protection in that employees wore only safety glasses with side shields instead of chemical splash googles or face shields over their safety glasses.
