29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made. On or about April 14, 2021 and at times prior there to, in the south cut hallway, the employer did not ensure that sufficient safe clearances were maintained for aisles and passageways where employees walked around powered pallet jacks that were being operated. This exposed employees to caught-by and struck-by hazards.
