29 CFR 1910.1026(f)(1)(i):Feasible engineering controls and work practices were not instituted to reduce and maintain employee exposures to chromium (VI) at or below the permissible exposure limit: Building 2 On or about May 3, 2021, engineering and work practice controls were not fully implemented resulting in hexavalent chromium overexposures at 16�g/m3 over an 8-hour time-weighted average. Controls and work practices were not consistently implemented in the spray painting and electroplating rooms located in building 2 where the 8-hour 5�g/m3 permissible exposure limit (PEL) was exceeded.
