29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about March 19, 2021, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 23 feet while performing roofing activities on a residential home located at 6571 State, Parma, Ohio 44134. The employees were working on all areas of the roof and the employer did not ensure that they were trained in how to recognize and minimize fall hazards.
