29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: On or about 2/4/2021, at 60 14th Street, Lot 4, in the city of Naples, the employer did not ensure a competent person in scaffolding properly inspected the scaffold and its components where the swivel wheel showed signs of corrosion and one of the cross braces section was not installed with a pig tail or T-lock to keep the cross braces secured .
