29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The driver shall be required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel. a) On or before 12/29/2020, the employee operating the Hamech VL100SP forklift did not keep a clear view of the path of travel in that an employee was walking between the forklift and the remnant granite slab resulting in the employee escorting the granite slab to be struck by the forklift.
