29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6):Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: UTCRAS Inc., located at 501 Highland Ave. Morton, PA: (a) On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the emergency exit sign above the emergency exit door in Building B was lit and maintained in working condition, to be clearly visible at all times. (b) On or about January 21, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the emergency exit sign above the emergency exit door in Building T was lit and maintained and in working condition, to be clearly visible at all times.
