29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv):Space within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters were not protected with approved automatic sprinklers: a) Spray Paint Booth: On or about February 23, 2021and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards by not protecting space within the spray booth with sprinklers on the downstream and upstream side of the filters while performing spray painting operations.
