29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): (a) In the office area at the northeast end of the facility; An exterior door along the east wall of an emergency exit route was identified as an exit with an illuminated exit sign affixed above the door. The door was obstructed, locked, and not intended to be used as an emergency exit.
