29 CFR 1926.62(d)(2)(v)(C):Until the employer performed an employee exposure assessment as required under 29 CFR 1926.62(d) and determined actual employee exposure, the employer did not provide to employees performing the tasks described in 29 CFR 1926.62(d)(2)(i), (d)(2)(ii), (d)(2)(iii), and (d)(2)(iv) with change areas in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.62(i)(2): At a worksite located 3105 (Tycor Building), 3115-3133 (Shankman Building), and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building) Troost Ave Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to lead containing materials. Employees were manually altering and removing bricks from interior walls, preparing window materials, and were removing demolition debris. The employer failed to protect employees engaged in in activities listed under 1926(d)(2)(i)(A) including, but not limited to brick cutting, and dry sweeping of debris materials. No change areas were provided to employees so they could change out of work clothes into clean street clothes. This was documented on December 3, 2020 and December 16, 2020. Compass Resources LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358797, citation number 1, item number 8a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/02/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3119-3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 ( Michaelson Building) .
