29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii):Class I flammable liquid(s) were dispensed into containers without electrically interconnecting the nozzle and the container: On or about 11/25/2020, employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards, in that employer failed to ensure that dump tank, which contained hazardous chemical such as, but not limited to, Southern Paint 610 Lacquer Thinner (flammable liquid) was designed and assembled properly for electrically interconnecting of the nozzle and container when employees were spray painting cabinets near the dump tank.
