29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: On or about 11/23/20, the employer failed to ensure that the operators of the Clark Forklift, model # GPX25, serial # GPX230E-0220-9232FB, were conducting a pre-operations inspection prior to operating the forklift. The forklift had a inoperable horn and backup alarm, and the data plate was illegible.
