29 CFR 1910.177(d)(4)(ii): The employer did not furnish an air line assembly which included an in-line valve with a pressure gauge or a presettable regulator for inflating tires on rim wheels. On or about November 17, 2020 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide an in-line valve with pressure gauge or a presettable regulator to ensure accurate pressure read out at point of use. This exposes the employees servicing the tires to struck-by hazards.
