29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid: The employer is failing to provide employees with a person on site to render first-aid. On or about November 4, 2020 employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while demolishing a bridge located at 17497 S Burnett School Road in Ashland, Missouri. The employer did not ensure provisions were made for employees to receive medical attention on the job site in the event of serious injury.
