29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i): All exposed parts of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform were not protected by stationary casings enclosing shafting completely or by troughs enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting: (a) Can Line 2 Cepak TX1 automatic can body blank feeder - Employees working on the slitter side were exposed to caught-in or caught-by moving machine parts from rotating horizontal head shaft, on or about November 2, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
