29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located on 230 E. Berkley Ave. Clifton Heights, PA - 19018: The employer failed to provide fall protection training to all employees who may be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed. Multiple employees were attached to one anchor point. Thus exposing the employees to fall hazards. Condition noted on our about November 9, 2020.
