29 CFR 1926.454(b)(2): The correct procedures for erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining the type of scaffold in question; a) 39602 Waterworks Court Bethany Beach, DE - On or about November 2020, the employer did not provide instructions or training to their employees on how to identify and avoid hazardous conditions applicable to their work environment, including but not limited to ground conditions and wind limits of the Genie Z-135/70 model aerial lift which was used on site to facilitate the antenna work and resulted in 2 fatal injuries.
