29 CFR 1918.22(e): The employer did not provide a net or other suitable protection where the gangway overhung the water so that there was danger of employees falling between the ship and the dock: A) Garden City Terminal, Vessel Maersk Tukang, on or about 10/27/20, and or times prior to, when the gangway overhung the water, there was no net or other suitable protection to prevent employees from falling to a lower level, thereby exposing employees to a fall into the water and drowning.
